We roasted our first coffees in 1939, and back then, long before espresso came to be the undisputed king of the high street, filter (Drip Coffee) was the coffee of choice!
Today our range is certainly larger than it was then, but the principles remain the same ~ use the finest coffees available and roast them to perfection.
Drury Filter Coffee
Our selection of filter coffees includes beautifully balanced blends, as well as single origin coffees and these are all available in 500g bulk packs, with a further selection available in a variety of portion packs to suit all equipment.
Drury Cafetière Coffee
Like our filter range, our selection of coffees for cafetière is second to none. Every coffee we roast is available pre-ground for use in a cafetière and available in either 250g packs for re-sale or bulk 500g packs.
Alternatively we also produce our most popular blends in 25g portion packs for quick and easy service.

AFTER DINNER BLEND
Roast : 5 | Strength : 5
A dark roasted, full-bodied blend, perfectly suited to after dinner drinking, but with enough smooth notes to make it delicious at any time of day. Suitable for all brewing methods.
BERKELEY BLEND
Roast : 3 | Strength : 4
This blend of Central and South American arabica coffees has real depth of flavour and balanced strength. Rich, smooth and complex, it is very well suited to filter and cafetiere.
BRAZILIAN BLEND
Roast : 2 | Strength : 2
A blend based on our Brazilian Santos that is slightly stronger than our pure arabica original. Smooth, sweet and balanced, it makes excellent all-day drinking.
BREAKFAST BLEND

Based on top quality Colombian arabica, our Breakfast Blend is bright, fruity and refreshing. The ideal morning coffee, it has enough depth for after dinner drinking too.
CAFÈ DE PARIS BLEND

A full-on continental roast Colombian-based coffee with balanced acidity and plenty of flavour. One of our enduringly popular blends, we first roasted our Café De Paris in the 1960s – proving that good coffee never goes out of style.
CONNOISSEUR’S BLEND

This long-standing blend is unique amongst the Drury portfolio – a fairly conventional base of Kenya Peaberry and Colombian lifted with the intense fruit of Costa Rica and our aromatic Ethiopian Mocha. Excellent as a filter or cafetiere coffee.
CONTINENTAL BLEND

A dark and very strong blend of six different arabica and robusta coffees, with Brazil and Colombia accounting for the biggest proportion. Full-bodied and very flavoursome, it’s definitely one of the stars of our darker roasts.
CUIDADO FILTRO BLEND

Made with 100% arabicas from Rainforest Alliance Certified farms, as the name suggests this coffee has been specifically blended for use in a filter machine or cafetiere. It’s light and citrusy, but still has plenty of flavour, and as it’s 100% Rainforest Alliance certified you know that every cup you drink helps farmers and their environment to not only survive, but thrive.

One of our most popular medium roast coffees, this pure arabica blend is perfectly balanced, incredibly versatile and just right for all-day drinking.
HIGH MOUNTAIN BLEND

A 100% arabica blend of Central and South American staples: Brazil, Colombia, Honduras and Costa Rica all feature. The light touch with roasting ensures that each gets a chance to shine and the resulting coffee is smooth and mild with plenty of bright notes.
KENYA BLEND

Based on our ever-popular Kenya Peaberry, this blend is slightly heavier liquoring and a touch stronger, but still retains the lovely bright acidity and spicy fruit flavours.
MAYFAIR BLEND

Our Mayfair Blend is an enduring favourite, its strength balanced with real mellowness. Based on our Costa Rica San Pablo, we also add some high (continental) roasted coffee to the blend to give it real depth. Particularly good when brewed by filter or cafetiere.
MEXICAN MOUNTAIN WATER DECAFFEINATED COFFEE (ESPRESSO ROAST)

Processed in the innovative Descamex plant in Mexico, this superb coffee is gently decaffeinated by washing with pure, glacier water from Mexico’s highest mountain, Pico de Orizaba. The raw coffee beans are immersed and washed in tanks which removes almost all the caffeine, and are then slowly dried over a period of four hours. This chemical-free method produces a coffee that is richly flavoured, full-bodied and 99.9% caffeine free.

One of our premium espresso blends, Siena is the coffee of choice for many of London’s finest restaurants – and it’s easy to see why! Mellow and rounded, but still with bite and an incredibly aromatic edge, it’s full on from the first sip to the last.
RISERVA BLEND

We created this 100% arabica espresso to serve the needs of the late 1990s London restaurant boom, where its blend of strength, flavour and balance made it stand out. It’s still a star performer now with a smooth and sweet finish that makes it perfect for espresso or ristretto.

Toscano is one of our mildest espresso blends, yet is still very smooth and rich. The cocoa and spice flavours are lifted with some delicious fruity notes.
GRAN RISERVA BLEND

Our premium traditional Italian-style espresso. 100% arabica and 100% delicious, this blend is the number one choice for many of our professional and home baristas alike. Complex and aromatic with a great balance of bitter, sweet and gentle acidity it really is the genuine article.
CLASSICO BLEND

A very traditional Italian-style espresso, which is very well suited to lattè and cappuccino, where its punch cuts through the milky creaminess. Of course, this richly flavoured blend also lends itself to espresso – take a sip, close your eyes and you’re in a sun-kissed Italian piazza!

A blend of Brazilian, Ethiopian and Colombian coffees, roasted medium-light for maximum flavour, aroma and sweetness with perfectly balanced acidity.
MONTECARLO BLEND

A versatile and popular espresso coffee blend. The full-medium roasting profile belies its strength and full body which give it real presence in milk-based drinks. Spicy and sweet notes dominate before a very smooth finish.
GUNNERY BLEND
Roast : 2 | Strength : 3 | 100% arabica.
The first blend we created in our new home on the Royal Arsenal – hence the name! A balanced blend of honey and washed processed coffee from El Salvador and Colombia.

BRAZILIAN RAINFOREST ALLIANCE CERTIFIED COFFEE

With its medium body, low acidity and smooth character, this coffee is instantly identifiable as a classic Brazilian arabica. Additionally, buying products with the Rainforest Alliance Certified seal helps support the rights and well-being of farm workers, the conservation of natural resources and the protection of wildlife and the environment.
BRAZILIAN SANTOS

A classic arabica from the world’s largest coffee producer. Light, smooth, extremely tasty and with low acidity, Brazilian Santos is one of our mildest coffees.
COLOMBIAN ALTA SUPREMA
Roast : 6 | Strength : 5
This is our darkest single origin coffee. Fine quality Colombian arabica, roasted up to continental level and the result is dramatic. The usual Colombian bright acidity is mellowed, whilst notes of walnut, almonds and pipe tobacco are developed, all overlaid with the typical bittersweet flavour of a great continental roast.
COLOMBIAN MEDELLIN EXCELSO

Our Medellin Excelso is a typical Colombian coffee offering; mild body, bright acidity and delicious citrus sweetness – the very definition of an all-day drinking coffee.
COLOMBIAN RAINFOREST ALLIANCE CERTIFIED

Historically, Colombia has been without doubt one of the most important, and valued, coffee producers in the world. A devastating leaf rust blight in 2009 set the industry back, but an intense replanting programme has since seen Colombia once again rise again to be a shining light amongst coffee producing nations. Our Rainforest Alliance certified Excelso EP demonstrates all the traits one would expect from a typical Colombian; light, bright and very, very tasty. COSTA RICAN SAN PABLO

One of the stand-out producers of Central America, Costa Rica has a well-established coffee industry with a reputation for good quality. This light roast example is typical: smooth, sweet and fruity with low acidity.
COSTA RICAN TARRAZU

Our dark roast Costa Rica, this exceptional coffee is rich and full-bodied with very low acidity. Delicious however it is prepared, it’s one of our absolute favourites when brewed in a cafetiere.
ETHIOPIAN MOCHA DJIMMAH

This is perhaps our lightest roast, reserved for a very unusual coffee. Our Mocha Djimmah is really fruity, with bold citrus tones overlaid with delicate floral notes. A great all-day coffee for those who like something a bit different.
HONDURAN SHG

Richly roasted and with a delicious creamy body, our Honduras SHG (Strictly High Grown) is perfect for after dinner drinking. Exceptionally smooth, the darker roasting profile ensures there’s a hint of the bittersweet about this Central American arabica.
KENYA AA

Beautiful bright acidity is tempered with typical Kenyan smoothness creating a totally balanced cup that is great for breakfast, lunch or after dinner.
KENYA PEABERRY

Named after the distinctive shape of the bean (a Peaberry occurs when only one seed develops in the coffee cherry,
MONSOONED MALABAR
Roast : 3 | Strength : 2
A special coffee from southern India with an unusual flavour, produced by recreating the “monsooned” effect. The raw beans are left exposed to the Monsoon winds and this high humidity slowly softens their character and removes any trace of acidity. The resulting coffee is incredibly soft and smooth, with a distinctive dry complexity.
OLD BROWN JAVA
Roast : 5 | Strength : 4
A mature Indonesian coffee with a distinctive flavour profile. Dark roasting brings out the full, earthy flavour, develops sweet tobacco notes and gives lots of body.
